I'm Kevin Kirchner. You get me on the call. Not a call center, not a bot. I'll ask what your phone looks like on a busy day and where the calls slip. If you don't need this, I'll tell you so.
I run my own AI agent team. I don't have plumbing client results yet.
Why Plumbing Ride-Along? Before anything changes, I want to see a real day at your shop and hear how it goes in your words. If you're in or near Missouri, I ride along in person from the van to the office. Anywhere else, I ride along remotely, with you and your plumbers, dispatch and CSRs walking me through a real day.
