Plumbing Ride-AlongWith Kevin Kirchner of Book a call

How working together goes

It starts with a call. We talk, I look at how your shop works today, and then the fix is built for your shop.

Three steps

  1. Book a call. You get me on the call. Not a call center, not a bot. I'll listen first.
  2. Show me your setup. I'll ask how your shop handles calls today, and where they slip.
  3. Get a fix built for your shop. What it looks like depends on how you work today. I'll give you a straight answer on whether I can help.

What waiting costs

While this waits, the burst pipes and dead water heaters keep going to the plumber who picked up.

The callbacks cost you too. You spend the evening returning calls, and some end with the caller saying they already found someone.

Do the math with your own numbers: the urgent calls you missed last week, times what one of those jobs pays.

What it costs

Urgent calls missed under a sink or after hours

The launch price is on the home page, under What it costs.

Best for: service plumbing shops where calls stack up while everyone's on a job.

What's included

  • One business line and one schedule
  • One to two weeks, starting once you say go
  • Any running costs, shown to you before you commit

Questions

What exactly do you build?

It depends on how you work today; we figure that out on the call.

I answer my own phone. Do I need this?

Maybe not. If you can pick up every call, keep doing it. This is for shops where calls stack up while everyone's on a job.

How do I see if it's working?

I count your missed calls before anything changes. After that, you get the same count every week.

Start with a call

Tell me how calls reach you now and where they slip. You can also look through the common problems first.

If something else is on your plate, bring it to the call.
